Preparatory class for the NSCA-CPT certification exam
This two hour class is intended to review the basic topics and structure of the exam, discuss basic testing strategy and examine study needs for adequate preparation.
Further tutoring may be available on an individual basis as requested.
Topics on the Exam to be reviewed:
Client consultation and assessment
Program planning
Exercise technique
Safety, emergency procedures, and legal issues
Class will also include a practice test, and practice with the video-practical portion of the exam. We will be using practice exam volume 1.
Workshop time: 10:00am – 12:00pm
NPTI Graduate/Student Cost: $50.00
Non-NPTI graduate cost: $100.00
